The Civil Air Patrol National Health Program was introduced at the 1996 Summer National Board meeting at San Antonio Texas. This program promotes good health in CAP members so that they are "fit to serve."

The program has three basic principles:
Prevention
Preparedness
Physical Fitness

SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) has been in the news lately.  This is a serious problem in Asia. There are three suspected cases in NJ.
