New Jersey Wing
Vision Statement

To attain the position of premier Wing in Northeast Region showing innovative leadership in Aerospace Education, Cadet Programming, operational missions and Senior Training.

With regard to the various command levels, each headquarters and staff should view itself as a management level of a corporation. Wing Headquarters is the executive headquarters, the home office which provides guidance, direction and assistance to the rest of the organization.
Group Headquarters is the middle management level which sets some goals and provides resources (training, personnel, equipment, etc.) based on the guidelines and direction provided by upper management.
Squadrons and Flights are the operating management, the workers in the field, putting into action through their own goals and objectives the vision, goals and plans of higher management, utilizing the talents and resources provided from above and within.

In order for the corporation to be productive and profitable (where profit equals changing lives for the better) - to grow - all three levels must support and assist each other. All must communicate with each other. This means each must be willing to tell the other what is right and what is wrong. Each must be willing to listen to the others and respond to the needs presented in a professional manner.
