1. Input on the bulk mailer - most people getting it two weeks to a month after the commanders call, good information.

2. Cadet conference - 2 days long, cost should be cheap, speakers aside from the wing conference.

3. Activities in the squadrons - Emergency Services, Aerospace board competition, airshows (McGuire Open House, South Jersey Regional Airshow), activities between squadrons could be planned with closely located squadrons.

4. Communication - How do we improve communication between the wing and squadron? The bulk mailer helps with dates and events.

5. Changes in the Spaatz Exam - graded by different people, some other changes.
