  1. Festival background information.

  2. Unit Commanders please canvas your units and provide me the tentative numbers of Cadets and the number of Seniors who plan to attend, due by 5 May 2003.

  3. Unit Commanders need to assign a project officer/point of contact that I can send and receive information about the festival to include phone numbers and e-mail and etc.

  4. Unit Commanders need to insure that Seniors from their unit are present when their unit's Cadets are present at the festival.

  5. Units can earn money based on their amount of participation. 

  6. Food will be provided Friday night (no lunch provided), 3 meals on Saturday, and 3 meals on Sunday.

  7. Drinking water will be provided for the entire festival.

  8. Bivouac space will be provided.  Individuals will be responsible for their own tents, bedding, canteens, etc.

  9.  More information will be provided at a later time.
